About Us

A different kind of Orlando stay — one that doesn't feel temporary

Windham Vacation Resorts offers a collection of thoughtfully designed homes and villas in one of Central Florida's most desirable locations. We believe a vacation should feel like a retreat, not a compromise. That's why every residence is furnished with the care of a boutique hotel and the comfort of a real home.

Whether you're planning a family reunion, a multi-generational trip, or a group getaway, our homes are built for the moments that matter — late mornings in a full kitchen, evenings around a private screened lanai, and memories made far from the ordinary.

The Windham Experience

What makes a vacation feel like home — without sacrificing the magic

Fully equipped gourmet kitchen in vacation home

A kitchen that actually works

Every residence comes with a fully equipped kitchen — not a novelty setup, but real appliances, quality cookware, and everything you need to prepare meals the way you like them. Save time and money between park days.

Private pool area at sunset with string lights

Evenings that belong to you

After a long day at the parks, there's nothing quite like retreating to your own screened lanai or private pool. No crowds, no lines — just the kind of quiet that makes a vacation feel truly restorative.

Family gathering in spacious vacation home living area

Space for everyone

Multi-generational trips, family reunions, group getaways — our larger homes are designed with separate living areas, dual master suites, and enough room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable.

Guest Stories

Hear from families who made it a tradition

"We've stayed at hotels all over Orlando over the years, but this was the first time our vacation actually felt like a retreat. The kids begged to stay in the pool instead of going back to the parks every afternoon. We're already planning our return."

Michael & Sarah T. Atlanta, GA — 3-Bedroom Villa

"Three generations, one house — and everyone was happy. The dual master suites were a game-changer, and the game room kept the grandkids entertained for hours. The kitchen had everything we needed for family breakfasts before heading out."

Patricia D. Chicago, IL — 5-Bedroom Estate

"The location is unbeatable — we were at Disney in 10 minutes flat. But the real magic was coming back to a quiet, beautiful home with a private pool. It felt like our own little oasis. The management team was incredibly responsive too."

James & Lisa R. Toronto, Canada — 3-Bedroom Villa
